- Implement on-site procedures to assist staff in performing their work - Collect data to brief Client on Project Issues and provide possible resolutions - Coordinate with Client for staff assignment on multiple task order based contracts. - Review and draft responses to Contractor’s correspondence as required - Read and Interpret plans - Monitor Contractor progress and compare with reviewed Progress Schedule - Mentor and train staff - Administer JPI’s and Budget - Develop and nurture key client relationships and serve as one of the primary company contacts on the program. - Experience in all aspects of the project including scope development, change/claims negotiations, cost control, staff management, quality control and cash management. - Actively manage client’s budget, schedule and project; HNTB budget and schedule; project communications and documentation. - Satisfies client requirements. - Administers relevant aspects of a formal quality assurance/control program. - Coordinates work efforts and reviews work performed and all project plans. - Responsible for managing and delivering quality civil rail and transit transportation projects on-time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client. - Identify and market additional business opportunities within the program. - Plan, direct, supervise, and the execution of all Field inspection and technical functions of the assigned project. Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates based on qualifications and strengths. - Experience in establishment of Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
