Entry level position performing basic assignments.
Under close supervision, assists assigned department(s) and/or project(s) by performing basic engineering-related tasks which may reflect elements of standard post-secondary engineering curriculum, usually on a part-time, temporary, or co-op basis.
Assists assigned department by performing engineering-related tasks including research, development, calculations, design and delivery on assigned project(s).
Provides coordination of project execution and control, in a given discipline area, to achieve continuity of purpose within scope, budget, and time schedules from initial start-up through project closeout. Also accountable for handling specific design aspects on projects appropriate to discipline field. Coordinates efforts of assigned design team to ensure completeness and accuracy of design effort. Serves as technical liaison with client on project efforts. Responsible for gross revenue of $1-$2M.
Assists assigned department by performing basic engineering-related tasks including research, development, design and delivery on assigned project(s).
Under moderate supervision, performs scheduling assignments requiring knowledge of scheduling principles. Builds and maintains schedules for projects. Monitors and reports on status, analyzing schedules and associated changes for key risk areas and milestones impact. Generally works on the mid-sized projects or may work under guidance on larger more complex projects.
Works closely with project managers to support HNTB’s 4 for 4 performance on projects: Consistent delivery of quality work, on time, on budget, and to the client’s satisfaction on every project. Performs project analysis and coordination, accounting, reporting, budgeting, scheduling, month-end processing, and cash duties on assigned project(s). May support multiple project managers, departments and offices. Entry level position, generally assigned to smaller projects or assists in supporting larger/complex projects.
Works on complex and super mega proposals independently. Oversees proposal activities, including leading proposal support staff teams, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, developing proposal outline, and monitoring the progress of the proposal.
Works on standard and routine proposals with direct support and involvement from senior marketing coordinator, team leader and/or marketing manager.
Acts as the primary strategic Human Resources resource for divisional or subsidiary management teams. Serves as an active participant in division or subsidiary business planning, strategic and day-to-day planning, related to on-going and future operations to better understand business/client needs. Serves as point of contact between field and corporate HR for the development, execution and administration of firm-wide HR initiatives and programs.
