The Office Sales Manager (OSM), with direction from the Office Leader and in partnership with the Division Sales officer, has overall responsibility for pursuing and winning projects for the office. The OSM shepherds development of the office strategic plan, developing and delivering on the sales component of that plan. As a champion to the Sophisticated Sales Approach (SSA) process, serves as a key strategist to project pursuits and builds and leverages relationships across the firm to bring needed resources to those pursuits. The OSM serves as a member of the office leadership team. Position is available for use for locations with 100 or more employees with gross revenue of $25M+.
